The mission of General Federation of Women's Clubs (GFWC) - Lilburn Woman's Club is to promote effective projects in the Community Service Programs of Arts and Culture, Civic Engagement and Outreach, Domestic Violence Awareness, Education, Environment, Health & Wellness, and other district, state or national projects. GFWC is the largest organization of women in the world with a very active district, state, national and international presence. An additional mission is to help each member participate as a responsible citizen, making the local, state, national, and world communities a better place to live for all people.

2025 Community Impact

· 58 Members strong

· 18,186 Volunteer hours

· $33.699 dollars donated

· $31,816 dollars “In Kind”

· $13,764 spent for new books to all Lilburn Elementary School Children

· $10,000 donation to Habitat for Humanity Lilburn with $810 In Kind to the homeowner

· $400 donation to Hugh O’Brien Youth Leadership

· $7500 in Scholarships awarded to high school seniors

· $2,000 in scholarships donated to mothers returning to school at Gwinnett Tech

· 1400 Dictionaries donated to third graders in eight Lilburn elementary schools

· 1400 US Constitutions donated to eighth graders in three Lilburn middle schools

· Support for CARE Teams in 13 Lilburn elementary, middle & high schools with $6500 in donations

· Holiday gifts given to 30 local school children in need

· $31,816 gifts in-kind invested in the community

· $3552 of treats and packing of care boxes for deployed troops

· Support for local food banks with $2350 in cash and $450 in-kind donations

· Hosted the third Taste of Lilburn, with over 25 local restaurants and vendors and over 1,000 local attendees

· Hosted the 53nd Lilburn Daze Fall Festival with over 6,000 attendees
