Nadine Bily served as president in 1996-1997. Two important connections with the community were made. The club requested storage space from the city of Lilburn in the Wynne-Russell House. This was approved by the city pending Board approval. The club also procured a flag and purchased a pole for the Vines Botanical Garden in Snellville.
